Services
Full Board - $1200 per month
Includes daily stall cleaning, turnout, boot, blanket changes, fly spray, fly sheets in the summer, grain/supplements fed twice a day (smartpaks are required), hay three times daily, and night check. Hooves are picked at least once a day. Administration of daily medication and a specialized deworming plan included. Scheduling appointments for vet, farrier, dental, chiropractic, massage etc. included!
Training Board - $2000 per month
Includes all of the above as well as four training rides/sessions per week.
Lay-Up/Rehab Board - $1800 per month
Includes everything in full board as well as changing of bandages/wraps, hand walking, cold-hosing, ice/heat therapy, and administration of extra medications.
Individual/Extra Service Charges
Half hour Training Ride - see individual instructor rates
Half hour Exercise Session (groundwork/lunging etc.) - $30
Grooming - $20 per day
Bathing - $20 per day
Bandaging/Wrapping - $10
Hand Walking - $20 per every twenty minutes
Cold-Hosing - $20 per ten minutes
Ice Therapy - $45 per twenty minutes
Heat Therapy - $60 per half hour
Administration of Meds - $3 per day
Sheath/Udder Cleaning - $50
Braiding - $100
Mane Pull - $50
Clipping - $250 for full body, $150 for any other body clip, $75 for maintenance clip (ears, muzzle, fetlocks, bridle path)
Coaching - $100 per day per trainer
Trailering - Please call for a quote. We base this on the current price of diesel and the miles to and from your destination. We have a fifteen horse straight load tractor trailer that is driven by our CDL licensed driver, Brogan Jorgensen to and from most shows. There is an additional $50 hook-up fee per horse for our other less used trailers. We have six-horse, four-horse, and two-horse straight load trailer to choose from.

60 Stall Main Barn featuring:
- 12x12 matted stalls with clean shavings everyday with 3 water buckets and a ground feeder or corner feeder
- 12ft aisle free of crossties
- 10 grooming/wash stalls with crossties with hot and cold water and a drain, with mats and shelving
- large grain room with pest resistant plastic bins and white boards with feed chart and smartpak drawers on shelves
- heated and ac office connected to blanket locker room
- several sets of stairs up to the hayloft with access doors
- hay doors above each stall with labels
- loft holds over 2000 bales
- in addition to the hay loft, the viewing room and lounge which is heated and ac with shower, sink, and obviously toilet, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, industrial washer and dryer, dining table, bar with stools, several couches and lounge chairs, and tack room with lockers for each stall
- lockers have room for two saddles, four bridles, several shelves and hooks
- each stall has a white board, blanket bar, halter hook, wrap rack, and storage bag, easy open sliding door, bars in front and sides for great ventilation
- attached to 200x270 indoor ring with all weather GGT footing
20 stall "private" barn with same features

- walkways around the farm are paved with sand and gravel, and driveway is fully paved blacktop
- several outdoor rings in different sizes, all GGT all weather footing, one standard large dressage ring, one 300x400 jumping ring with water jump, one 200x300 jumping ring, two 60ft round pens, one 100x80 lunging/hacking ring, large grand prix/cross country jumping field with water complex, open water jump, bank, ditch, coffin, trakehner, solid and non-solid fences
- 5 pastures that can accomodate groups of 7 to 10 horses
- 5 smaller fields that can accomodate 3 to 5 horses
- 20 large turnouts that can accomodate 1 to 2 horses
- 10 medium turnouts for 1 horse each
- 3 medical paddocks roughly the size of a 30ft round pen each
- shavings come in plastic bags in a large trailer which gets parked by the back of the indoor

Blue Moon Farms is also located on the property taking up residence in the 30 stall back barn which has all similar features and its own 200x100 indoor attached with access to a private 200x200 outdoor and access to all other rings on the property. There is 1 large field, 2 smaller fields, 5 large turnouts, 5 medium, and 1 med paddock.
