Sadie and Lottie are living life to the fullest and a horrific car accident happens, putting them in comas. They think they've woken up and what happens while they are in comas never really happened. It was all in their heads. Their boyfriends end up while they're asleep and those things happen in the dreams. Other elements do not happen, only in their minds and they have to make sense of it all.
